Diane Morwood was a female Human Starfleet officer in the mid 23rd century. She served as third engineer aboard the USS Farragut in the 2250s.
Biography[]
Morwood was assigned to the USS Farragut as third engineer. That came to end in 2257 when the Farragut came under attack by extra-dimensional beings that used hull-piercing pod projectiles which contained insect-like “Critters”. As she tried to help save as many crewmembers as possible, such as Lieutenant James T. Kirk and Vulcan scientist T'Cel, she was cocooned. She then spent the next 32 years in a cocoon until she was found in 2289 aboard the alien's ship. Unfortunately, she was genetically altered into a creature similar to the aliens that attacked her.
