The Federation obtains some dicosilium from Beltos IV, a Pa'a planet. (TNG novel: The Best and the Brightest)

Nel Apgar used dicosilium as part of his technology used in the generation of Krieger waves. In 2367, the USS Enterprise visited the research station near Tanuga IV to deliver more dicosilium that Apgar had requested. (TNG episode: "A Matter of Perspective")
