Emperor Djan was the ruler of the planet Nukolee in the 23rd century. He had a son, Prince Raviki, and a daughter, Lulo.
He ruled only through the parliament and his world was quite democratic. In the year 2264, he and his wife were killed in an accident, leaving General Vlas to rule in his place until Raviki finished school. (TOS comic: "A World Gone Mad")
