Donald Alpen was a Human man who lived on Earth during the 20th century.

Biography[]

In the late 1960s or early 1970s decades, Alpen lost his life while serving in the United States Military Forces during the Vietnam War. His service was later commemorated on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC. (TOS - Assignment: Earth comic: "My Name Is Legion")
