Donald Archibald Williams was an English Human.
Biography[]
In 1974, he was employed by the Chrysalis Project after failed attempts at human cloning in the British Isles. He captured Gary Seven at Balam International Airport. Just prior to the destruction of the Chrysalis Project, he absconded with a virulent form of streptococcus. (TOS novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 1)
Later in life, he went to Khan Noonien Singh's palace, offering him the formula for the modified strep-A bacteria in exchange for a safe life. He was moved to Chrysalis island where he helped to create the bacteria, but was killed on Khan's orders to prevent him from selling out Khan. (TOS novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2)
