Donald Wheeler was a male Human native of Sherman's Planet in the late 24th century.

Biography[]

In 2374, he enrolled at Gerrold University on Sherman's Planet where, after some time, he decided to study pre-Federation Tellarite literature. He earned his degree in late 2380, and went to the Temtibi Lagoon Resort on Risa to celebrate his graduation. This celebration extended for several months, once he realized he did not know what he wanted to do next with his life.

Wheeler was on Risa when the Borg Invasion of 2381 began, and he was evacuated from the planet, and eventually found himself at the iy'Dewra'ni refugee camp on Pacifica. During his time there, he was injured in an encounter with several Selkie workers, and cared for aboard the USS Enterprise. From there, he was taken to Starbase 18.

Wheeler was fond of wine, particularly the vintages native to Sherman's Planet, and often overindulged. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
