Dorkin

Shondar Dorkin was a Tellarite, a Federation expert on social development. He was a part of a diplomatic and scientific party from the USS Enterprise to the Calligar people. He died saving the life of the Andorian scientist Thak. Dorkin had multiple wives, all of which were told he died fighting two dozen of the enemy. (TOS novel: The Rift)
