A dosalnar
A dosalnar is a type of Andorian sword. It is among the more frequently-chosen weapons for Andorian duels.
A dosalnar is approximately 70 centimeters long, 14 of which is hilt. About 18 centimeters above the hilt, the blade curves outward and becomes saw-toothed. It weights about 5.5 kilograms. Dosalnars come in many different shapes and sizes; some versions come with two handles.
The dosalnar is designed to cause horrible jagged wounds, along with scars that even "modern medical treatment" cannot heal. Part of the hilt is also saw-toothed, in order to protect the hand.
