Biography[]
In 2371, Dr. Rokam served on the Academy's Tactical Sciences department staff. Reporting to Chairman Arlene DiCassa and working alongside fellow professors Soolin Devim, David Follen, Sara Kester, and Hurran Mirasol, together they assisted in teaching the curriculum, which included TACT 103 Small-unit Tactics, TAC 201 Military Tactics, TAC 211 Introduction to Security Procedures, TACT 304 Heavy Weapons Training, TACT 306 Law Enforcement, and TACT 310 Starship Tactics.
