Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Drazman was a male individual who served in Starfleet as an admiral, and he commanded the Proxima Maintenance Yards in the 24th century. Drazman was known for having a dull personality, and some of his fellow officers gave him the nickname "Droner" because of it.

In 2371, Drazman was on Earth while an annual Starfleet symposium dealing with the Gamma Quadrant was being held. Drazman invited the senior staff of Deep Space 9 to attend a formal dinner, and Benjamin Sisko, Jadzia Dax, and Julian Bashir accepted. (DS9 episode: "Past Tense, Part I")
