The world was amenable to Federation visitors and located not far from Starbase 28.
In 2273, the Federation starship USS Enterprise evacuated the staff of Carl Wentworth's clinic from Andronicus to Starbase 28. Carl Wentworth used hypnosis on Hikaru Sulu, Nyota Uhura and Pavel Chekov to compel them to divert the ship's course. Sulu suggested that they head for Drexler II. (TOS comic: "...
