Drid Interstellar News was a Drid news and information service in the 23rd century.

History[edit | edit source]

In 2266, while undergoing a court martial on Earth charges of criminal conspiracy, Captain James T. Kirk went undercover in San Francisco, pretending to be a Dridian reporter named Bexel Redexa. Kirk slipped into the Home of Nuri Jakarz, owner of a special effects movie company named N-J Film Effects Studio, and discovered evidence to clear himself. When Jakarz discovered Kirk in his house, Kirk identified himself as Redexa from Drid Interstellar News. (TOS comic: "The Trial of Captain Kirk")
