Drissana II was an inhabited planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the second planet in orbit of the Drissana star system.

In the year 2269, the crew of the Federation starship USS Enterprise visited Drissana II, where they took readings of the Neanderthal-like natives. Three months later, Mai Duyen Trinh and her team studied the data, using the holographic rec room in their studies. (TOS novel: Allegiance in Exile)
