Du're C'ullho was a Damiani it who served as chief of police for Iaron, the capital city of Damiano.
History[]
As part of its duties, Du're was responsible for security for the events surrounding the inauguration of Governor Ra'ch B'ullhy in 2371. This job was complicated by death threats by a moralist faction, several of who had infiltrated the police force. Du're grudgingly accepted assistance from security teams from the USS Enterprise-D, recognising that it couldn't be certain of anyone's loyalty to it or the moralists despite transferring a few it wasn't sure of, and quickly came to appreciate their abilities, particularly those of Lieutenant Commanders Worf and Data.
C'ullho aided the Enterprise crew in the investigation into the use of the ancient telepathic weapon, the Chova, against the crew. It took the testimony of Ensign T'Mor – the first person infected by the Chova, who had managed to achieve a degree of mental balance through extensive meditation – that proved crucial in the successful arrest of Je'tran T'ullh, the leader of the moralist faction objecting to B'ullhy's role; Du're had known Je'tran was involved for months but lacked evidence. For its efforts in protecting B'ullhy, it was awarded the Te'ri O'ullhy Award for Valor.
