Duck soup was a human slang term that was used to describe an incredibly easy task.

During his meeting with Prefect Tamar in the year 2568, Commander Rojan used the term duck soup to describe shooting down robot probes, but the prefect was thoroughly confused by the term. (TOS - Strange New Worlds 9 short story: "Gone Native")
