The East Winds was a starship operated by Cassandra out of Risa.

In 2376, Cassandra brought the East Winds to Deep Space 9 for a deal with Quark, although he was on Farius Prime at the time. Cassandra would later use the East Winds to evacuate Europani from Europa Nova, specifically the settlement of Libre Pista. (DS9 - Gateways novel: Demons of Air and Darkness)
