Eborion was a Romulan nobleman who lived in the mid-24th century and was involved in weapons manufacturing.
In 2379 he hired Manathas, a Romulan agent, to infiltrate the Romulan garrison on Kevratas. Manathas was already employed to the same mission by Praetor Tal'Aura. Eborion's aunt Cly'rana betrayed him to Tal'Aura. When Manathas's dual employment was discovered, Eborion bore the brunt of the punishment. Due to his treachery, Eborion was denied an honorable suicide, and ordered executed in public. His wealth was seized by the Empire. (TNG novel: Death in Winter)
