Edris was a star, a pulsar located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.

History and specifics[edit | edit source]

An extrapolated set of coordinates showed a possible range of ancient Erisian travel to a point within 100 astronomical units of Edris. As the inhospitable location near a pulsar did not seem promising, the archaeological investigation moved on to other possible destinations. (TOS novel: Probe)
