The Edwardian era (1901 - 1914) was a period of time defined by and named after the reign of King Edward VII in Great Britain (1901-1910), though generally regarded as ending with the start of World War I.

History[]

Yeoman Jennifer York was from England, loved English literature and had a nostalgic fondness for the Edwardian era upper class lifestyle. In 2273 of the Phase II continuity, York met a kindred spirit in Lord Robert Standish, the Third Earl of Lancashire, who similarly enjoyed the era. (Phase II episode: "Lord Bobby's Obsession")

Beverly Crusher's holographic recreation of the Orient Express aboard the USS Enterprise-D was set in the style of the Edwardian era. (TNG episode: "Emergence")
