In 2269, while orbiting Questar M-17, technicians Elayne and Darrell reported to the bridge with a mobile medtable. They were not informed that James T. Kirk would be their patient, so they were surprised at having to move their captain onto the stretcher. Leonard McCoy accompanied the three of them to sickbay. (TAS - Log One novelization: Beyond the Farthest Star)
It was possible that Elayne was Elayne Granada, who served as the ship's paymaster in the 2280s.
