Elayne Granada was a Human woman. She served in Starfleet aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 2270s.

History

In 2277, Granada acted as the ship's paymaster.

After the Enterprise was disabled while traveling through an unusually energetic ion storm, a severe shock struck the ship and gave her a severe head injury. She was brought to sickbay.

As the ship proceeded further into the storm, the crew began seeing reality break apart. Leonard McCoy was treating Granada's injuries and saw his hands appear to flow and merge with her skull. (TOS - Star Trek II Short Stories short story: "To Wherever")
