Elijah Jugurtha Amin was a Somalian warlord and also a genetically engineered superman created by the Chrysalis Project.
A contemporary of Khan Noonien Singh, Amin attended a meeting with other genetically enhanced individuals that Khan had called on June 14 1993. Khan was proposing that the creations of the Chrysalis Project work together to bring about a second Renaissance, but Amin questioned who would be the ruler.
