Elista Cyl was a Trill xenobiologist who was the host of the Cyl symbiont after Reck Cyl.
Elista continued the work of Neema Cyl and Reck Cyl in the investigation of the parasite that Audrid Dax had encountered and had killed Jayvin Vod, Neema's father. After Elista died, Cyl was joined with Taulin Cyl. (DS9 novel: Unity)
