This page details a counterpart of Elizabeth Dehner in the Kelvin timeline; for the Elizabeth Dehner in the primary universe see Elizabeth Dehner.

Doctor Elizabeth Dehner was a Human psychologist in the 23rd century of the Kelvin timeline.

At some point Dehner had a relationship with Leonard McCoy which ended badly. In 2258, Dehner transferred aboard the USS Enterprise at Aldeberan, but withdrew her transfer and left the ship because she had not forgiven McCoy. Captain James T. Kirk found out about the situation when he inquired about Dehner's whereabouts during the situation with Gary Mitchell. (TOS comic: "IDW Star Trek, Issue 1")

Dehner's prior relationship with McCoy explains her absence from the alternate reality equivalent of the events depicted in TOS episode: "Where No Man Has Gone Before".
