For the primary universe counterpart, see Elizabeth Palmer.

In the mirror universe, Elizabeth Palmer was a lieutenant and a communications officer aboard the ISS Enterprise. She served in the position for at least nine years.

History[]

In 2268, she became the senior communications officer aboard the ship, when Nyota Uhura was assassinated using the Tantalus field. Suspicions abounded aboard the Enterprise that Montgomery Scott was responsible for Uhura's death. A a result, Palmer was cautious around Scott.

In 2270, Palmer was on duty when the Enterprise returned to Earth for a refit.

In 2277, Palmer routed a coded message to Admiral Spock's quarters regarding Operation Vanguard in which Carol Marcus and David Marcus were saved. Later, she picked up encrypted signal traffic and deduced that all Imperial Starfleet vessels except theirs were being contacted. Xon and Palmer decrypted the messages, revealing a plan by Empress Sato III to order a fleet rendezvous in the Terra Nova system. She manned the communications station when the Enterprise was confronted by the fleet under the command of Grand Admiral Matthew Decker. (TOS - Mirror Universe novel: The Sorrows of Empire)
