Elsa (also known as Ellen Williams) was a Human woman, the wife of a member of Starfleet and the mother of Gretchen and Annie.
Biography[]
In the year 2316, Elsa was informed by Starfleet admirals Sarah Brennan and Sinek that her husband was dead.
By 2329, Elsa had remarried, to a member of Starfleet named Kurt. That year, she threw a party to celebrate his promotion to admiral. During the party, she objected to the dress Gretchen had chosen to wear. (VOY - Strange New Worlds IV short story: "Uninvited Admirals")
