Emma Ling was a 23rd century Human woman, the mother of Susan Ling and maternal grandmother of Starfleet Admiral Demora Sulu.
Biography[]
Hikaru Sulu described his mother-in-law Emma as small, but scrappy and tough. He thought her daughter Susan got her determination and strength from Emma.
