Emony Dax was a joined Trill who lived in the 23rd century and was the third host of the Dax symbiont. Emony's family name was Odaren before she was joined.
Biography
When Emony was a youth, she saw Ymoc City destroyed by the impact of an asteroid. (DS9 - Day of Honor novel: Armageddon Sky)
Emony Dax was a professional gymnast, and competed at the 2224 Olympics on Aldebaran, where she beat out a favored Argelian athlete to win three latinum medals. Following her career as a competitor, she became a judge for gymnastic meets. She met, and engaged in a brief affair with, Leonard McCoy during one such gymnastics competition at "Ole Miss".
