Enand Adassa was a male Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. In the 2370s, he was a Colonel in the Bajoran Militia and commanded the Militia forces on Prophet's Landing.

In 2376, Colonel Enand considered running for the position of governor, although he decided to join Starfleet after Bajor joined the United Federation of Planets. First Minister Asarem Wadeen had contemplated asking Enand to become Bajor's representative on the Federation Council, noting he had a sharp mind and a good grasp of politics. Second Minister Ledahn Muri suggested that they persuade Enand to change his mind, although Asarem felt it was important to have some of their best people in Starfleet.
