Equatorial Guinea was an Earth nation-state.
According to Khan Noonien Singh, in September 1992 Augment Dictator Ama Owusu annexed Equatorial Guinea into United Africa. By 1996, Equatorial Guinea was part of the African Caliphates before the Augment dictatorships were overthrown. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")
