Erabus Prime Shipyard was a Federation shipyard, with a space station drydock facility. This dockyard was named for its vicinity to Erabus Prime, in the Erabus star system, and was in Starfleet service in the later 24th century, around the 2370s decade. (ST video games: Armada, Armada II)

History[]

Erabus Prime derelict

The derelict Erabus Prime Shipyard.

Following the end of the Dominion War in 2375, Starbase 28 and its associated drydock, Erabus Prime Shipyard, were left derelict behind an asteroid belt in the treacherous Ikolis Expanse, Sector 441. On stardate 53551.6 (2376), Ambassador Worf commanded the USS Avenger during a diplomatic mission from Qo'noS to the Federation when he came under attack by Toral, his Negh'Var-class battlecruiser, and a pair of B'rel-class escorts. The Avenger evaded pursuit by passing local asteroid belts and nebulae, and picking up derelict ships along the way. Enclosed by an asteroid belt, and hidden behind a metaphasic nebula, the Avenger found SB28 and Erabus. Worf had the two stations restaffed, which subsequently changed from blue markings to white fleet colors. Toral's forces attacked the outpost but were repelled by the improved defenses. The outpost was left operational when the Avenger continued on its way and left the area through a wormhole. (ST video game: Armada mission: "Vendetta")

Soon after, and again six months later, in 2377, the station saw action during the invasions of the Federation by the Borg Collective and Species 8472. (ST video games: Armada, Armada II)

No history or fate was established for this Federation shipyard as the name was randomly assigned to a playing field drydock by the game software.
