Eritrea

Eritrea is a nation-state in eastern Africa on the planet Earth. It bordered the Red Sea, Djibouti, Ethiopia, and Sudan.

History and specifics[]

During the Eugenics Wars in the year 1994, a battalion of United Nations Peace Directorate troops led by Captain Nathan Archer were sent to evacuate civilians in Āssab, Eritrea. Archer's team discovered a previously unknown school in the city, then negotiated with Augment Alliance Doctor Stavos Keniclius to permit the children to be taken safely out of the war zone. According to Khan Noonien Singh, in September 1992 Augment Dictator Ama Owusu annexed Eritrea into United Africa. By 1996, Eritrea was part of the African Caliphates before the Augment dictatorships were overthrown. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")
