Erril G'Doh was a male Federation bureaucrat in the 24th century, suspected of selling military and scientific secrets to the Cardassian Union in the year 2361. He was expected to meet a Cardassian contact in a public park on the planet Iban, and Ensign Zak Kebron was placed there, disguised as a statue, in order to arrest him. However, G'Doh was instead arrested by Starfleet Security on Deneva at some point during Kebron's vigil. (NF - No Limits short story: "Waiting For G'Doh")
