Ershan Costello was a 23rd century Human man, a Federation explorer.
Biography[]
In the 2260s decade, Costello served a term on detached duty. During this period, he conducted a limited survey of the planet Aleriad and chose to visit the Baikanaad Isthmus. He didn't think the Federation should open relations with the natives. He reported that any diplomats would most likely be killed anywhere besides Baikanaad, the only city not controlled by one religious sect. (FASA RPG module: Denial of Destiny)
