An Eskarian egg was a type of egg originating somewhere in the Delta Quadrant. According to the Talaxian traveler Neelix, the Eskarian egg was suited for use as a food ingredient. (ST reference: Star Trek Cookbook)

In 2372, Neelix wished to participate in finding who was contacting the Kazon on USS Voyager, but Tuvok told him to withdraw. Neelix persisted anyway, telling himself that Tuvok will "have Eskarian egg on his face" once he gets to the heart of the matter. (VOY episode: "Investigations")
