Eskey Inglesei was a human musician, a member of a group of four musicians who were best known for the song "Universal Chord". He was a military veteran from Bohemia, a country in the European Hegemony that ceased to exist when Earth became politically united. He programmed his targeting computer to rhyme lyrics for songs.

Inglesei was the musical group's singer. Along with the group's guitarist, Marco, the keyboardist, Piqué, and the percussionist, Tyg, Inglesei gave a performance at a San Francisco nightclub which was attended by T'Pol prior to her service on the Enterprise.
