Eugene Eckhart was a male Human professor in the 20th century.

Biography[]

As of 1970, he served on the faculty of Illinois State University of Science and Technology. In that year, he worked with United States Army General Dwayne Cory in creating an army of cloned human soldiers, without fear or moral reservations, who would be used to decisively win the then-current war in Southeast Asia. This plot was discovered by Aegis agent Gary Seven, who had the clones teleported off Earth, and erased Eckhart and Cory's memories of their project. (TOS - Assignment: Earth comic: "My Name Is Legion")

Seven later learned that Eckhart had been provided a detailed map of the human genome by the group Counter Strike. (TOS - Assignment: Earth comic: "We Have Met the Enemy...")

In the year 2248, the clones mentioned Eckhart while describing their origins to Number One on Alpha Tau IV. (TOS - Crew comic: "Shadows of the Past")
