The Eunacians were a humanoid race which originated from the Gamma Quadrant. Millennia ago they passed the test of Ifd and managed to rule the galaxy briefly. One of their ships was dispatched to participate in the test for the IDF. It eventually became trapped in a decaying orbit around Oriens Alpha IV before being rescued by the crew of the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG video games: Future's Past, Echoes from the Past)
