The FMS Damsel was a 24th century Ferengi starship, a D'Kora-class marauder in Ferengi Alliance service in the 2380s decade. Its commanding officer was DaiMon Nandi. (PRD episode: "First Con-tact")

Service history and disposition[]

The Ferengi trader Nandi operated the Damsel. Dal R'El, who did not know the name of his species[1], grew up aboard the ship. He slept in a hammock that hung underneath the warp core.

Dal then became a slave, part of the Unwanted, on the Tars Lamora prison colony in the Delta Quadrant. (PRD episode: "Lost and Found")

Unbeknownst to Dal, Nandi had sold Dal into slavery for chimerium to supply the ship's cloaking device. She acquired Pik-Pox, a robot servant.

After the USS Protostar had travelled 4.000 lightyears towards the Gamma Quadrant, Nandi issued a fake distress call. Dal, now acting captain of the Protostar, recognized his former associate. Nandi roped the Protostar crew into stealing a remalite crystal from the Cymari homeworld. Dal and his crew turned on Nandi, returned the crystal to the Cymari and left the Damsel behind. Pik-Pox then alerted his daiMon that the Diviner had placed a bounty on the Protostar. (PRD episode: "First Con-tact")

Soon after, Nandi contacted the Diviner and Drednok aboard the REV-12 and advised them of the location of the Protostar. (PRD episode: "Time Amok")
