Farsalia is a 23rd century man, a professor who lived on the planet Boca Tigris.
His area of expertise was social sciences.
In the 2260s, Professor Farsalia was Angiran Prince Vikram's dissertation director. Vikram's paper, Rates of Change in Cultural Diffusion, addressed social influences on the role of cultural outsiders. Vikram was friends with Farsalia and called him "Farsie". (TOS novel: Shadow Lord)
