Fatima Baksh was a female Human Starfleet officer in the 23rd century.

As a lieutenant, Baksh served under the command of Garth of Izar aboard the USS Heisenberg. During the mission to Antos IV in 2251, Baksh was one of the bridge crew who removed Garth from command after he ordered the destruction of the planet. Garth killed his first officer Liang Jin and his second officer during the attempt.

By 2270, Baksh had reached the rank of captain and commanded the USS Gell-Mann. In that year, the Gell-Mann rendezvoused with the USS Enterprise to transport Garth aboard. Baksh commented to James Kirk that she thought Garth was hiding something despite having been declared cured, although she admitted her experience on the Heisenberg may have colored her judgment. (TOS novel: Garth of Izar)
