Captain Feklenko was an officer in the Soviet Navy during the 20th century.

Biography[]

In the year 1995, he was in command of the Vladivostok, which was in the aircraft carrier Sergei G. Gorshkov's support group during its demonstration run in the Black Sea. When the carrier's radar detected what appeared to be an inbound missile, Feklenko reported that they had not fired on them. (TNG novel: Ghost Ship)
