Fel Jangor was a male Retizian who lived in the 24th century.
In 2372, Odo posed as Quark in order to obtain power coils from Fel Jangor for the Bajoran city of Karvis. Jangor's advanced age proved a benefit for Odo's ruse. Quark had stopped a Cardassian guard from killing Jangor on Terok Nor years earlier. (DS9 novel: Saratoga)
