Fer'at in 2153.

Fer'at was a Vulcan psychiatric analyst who worked at the Vulcan Compound on Earth during the 2150s.

In 2153, Ambassador Soval ordered Fer'at to board the Enterprise posing as a pathologist. While performing a check for pyritic radiation exposure for Captain Jonathan Archer, he was secretly tasked to ascertain Archer's mental state. Doctor Phlox and Captain Archer were able to ascertain Fer'at's mission and had him escorted off the ship. (ENT episode & novelization: The Expanse)
