The Ferengi Morale Office (or FerMO) was presumably an organization within the government of the Ferengi Alliance, responsible for morale during times of war and/or crisis.
History and specifics[]
During the Ferengi-Lytasian conflict, FerMO distributed a poster with the legend "Loose Lips Sink Starships" free of charge to boost the war effort. By the 2370s, these posters were valued at up to 1200 strips of latinum, depending on condition. (DS9 reference: Legends of the Ferengi)
