Fetchstorm to-Srallansre was a Sivaoan who made first contact with the United Federation of Planets. He was the brother of Brightspot to-Srallansre and son of Stiff Tail to-Srallansre. Distant Smoke to-Srallansre was his half-brother.
He fought Tail-Kinker to-Ennien, before she had her quarterstaff, and she bit his ear. Rushlight to-Vensre, got a song out it, he gave her a Useful, to replace the tunic he tore during that fight.
