In 2385, Flam attended the opening of the new Ferengi embassy to Bajor on the second Deep Space 9. Quark could not remember extending an invitation to Flam, who Quark had dealings with after the original Deep Space 9 was destroyed and had been inflexible when dealing with Quark's claim over losses.
