Fleet Command Codes were a code that allowed the remote control of a Klingon warship known only to Fleet High Command and the Klingon High Council. The individual ship captains also had a code, which they could change at will.

During the Tezwan Crisis, Ambassador Worf was able to obtain the Codes and passed them onto the USS Enterprise, who used them to shut down the entire fleet remotely. (TNG novel: A Time to Kill)
