A 25th century Khitomer Alliance fluidic antiproton beam array.

An Undine Vila-class bioship firing its fluidic antiproton beam array.
In fluidic space, the fluidic antiproton beam array was a 25th century Undine directed energy weapons emitter, an antiproton beam array type in use by the denizens of fluidic space aboard their bioships in the 2400s decade. Unlike baseline antiproton beam arrays, fluidic antiproton beam arrays had the chance to repel a target and causing a small amount of physical damage that bypassed deflector shields. History and specifics[]
An antiproton beam array fired antiproton energy at a target, dealing an average amount of damage. This beam array had a 250° firing arc. Compared to other energy weapon types, antiproton space weapons had a 20% chance of hitting a target with critical severity, thus increasing the damage caused by a critical hit. Fluidic antiproton beam arrays usually yellow beams with an orange aura and green flecks. (STO - A New Accord missions: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock", "The Hunt is On", "Explore the Flotilla")
Soon after the establishment of the Khitomer Alliance in the year 2410, the Alliance members acquired fluidic antiproton weapons, including individual antiproton beam arrays and those equipped aboard the tier 5-rated Nicor- and Dactylus-class bio-warships and Dromias-class bio-cruisers through dealings with the Ferengi-operated Lobi Crystal Consortium. (STO website: A New Accord: The Undine Lock Box)
In 2411, the Alliance acquired the tier 6-rated Cheirax-class bio-warship and Kiwavi-class bio-cruiser. (STO website: Legacy: Undine Ships Slide into the Infinity Lock Box!)
All Alliance-operated Undine bioships were equipped with fluidic antiproton beam arrays by default but could be fitted with any other weapons type. (STO - A New Accord missions: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock", "The Hunt is On", "Explore the Flotilla")
The Undine themselves cooperated with the Khitomer Alliance to combat Borg from different alternate realities. (STO - Task Force Operation mission: "Royal Flush")
