The Foreign Minister of the Confederacy of Vulcan, prior to the formation of the United Federation of Planets, was the officer in the government of the Confederacy of Vulcan responsible for coordinating Vulcan foreign policy and relations with other worlds, setting policy in support of the First Minister. In 2155, the Vulcan Foreign Minister was Soval, former Vulcan Ambassador to United Earth. (ENT novel: Kobayashi Maru)
